Amount of deposit to apply toward purchase price of the kitten/s without breeding rights is($300.00). If no kitten is available at the agreed time period, the deposit can be applied toward the next litter. Each kitten reserved requires a $300.00 deposit for kittens without breeding rights. **Purchaser understand that the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Breeder reserves the right to cancel the sale if the quality or health of the kitten/s is in question. When you receive your kitten you reserve the right to have it checked, within 72 hours of arrival, by your veterinarian to make sure the kittens health is up to par. If there is something wrong with the kitten you also reserve the right to send it back and have it replaced with another kitten, when this cattery has a kitten of your chosen gender and color. *Absolutely* no declawing. Thank you for you time and consideration. The buyer understands that this process can take up to a year and a half to get your kitten. If the kitten is found to have poor health, the purchaser must contact the seller before making any life altering decisions. If something happens to the kitten, there must be an autopsy performed, at cost to buyer, to prove that the death was genetic and not the fault of the purchaser. If the death was not genetic, then the kitten will not be replaced, but if it was genetic then the kitten will be replaced as soon as our cattery can provide a kitten that is the quality and gender of which we sold the purchaser.
