A deposit is a trust. The puppy you have chosen will be held for you until it is ready to leave it’s mother. All puppies are treated equally with loving care whether the puppy is sold or not. Puppies must be paid for in full before leaving our home.
Payment Options:
o Deposit of $ 225 before puppy is born. Deposits are not refundable with only one exception:
50% is refundable if you change your mind within 5 days of the date the deposit was sent, and only if before the puppies are born. All puppies must be secured with 50% of purchase price by 3 weeks of
Age or they will be advertised for sale.
o Deposit on specific puppy after birth. Deposits are not refundable. Refunds will only be given for the following reason 1) puppy dies while at breeder’s home or 2) vet finds puppy unsuitable for sale.
o Payment in full. No refunds will be made unless; 1) puppy dies while still at breeders home or 2) vet finds puppy unsuitable for sale.
An additional $25 will be charged for each day past release date for boarding. There will be no exceptions.
All sales are final. No cash is ever refunded just because you changed your mind, no longer want, found elsewhere, etc. All puppies have been vet checked several times before adoption. Health is guaranteed for first 72 hrs after adoption. A 12 month health guarantee is given for life threatening genetic conditions.
ü Buyer agrees to have puppy checked by a qualified veterinarian within 72 hrs of adoption. Breeder will not be responsible for health of puppy after the 72 hrs.
ü Buyer agrees to maintain immunizations and regular vet checks throughout dog’s life.
ü Buyer agrees to keep dog as an “indoor” pet and will not leave dog outside alone or for prolonged periods of time.
ü Buyer agrees to freely surrender dog if it is found to be neglected or abused in any way.
ü Buyer agrees to find a safe loving home for dog if they no longer want the dog.
ü Buyer agrees never to sell dog to research labs or pet shops.
ü If purchasing as pet, buyer agrees to have puppy spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.
ü Registration papers will be provided for Coton’s purchased as pets, after spay or neutering is completed and upon written verification from qualified vet
ü Signature indicates buyer understands and agrees with all above stipulations.
