Findlay Automotive dealership located in the Valley Auto Mall is looking for experienced candidates to fill the following positions:
Service Advisor - qualified candidates must have knowledge of service writing, labor estimating and the use of various types of mechanical repair software, understanding of automobile diagnostics and parts acquisitions a must. Candidates must possess excellent customer and follow-up skills, while maintaining the highest level of CSI with the manufacturer. Candidate must have positive team-oriented mentality and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Applicants should also be self-motivated and a fast learner. ADP experience preferred. Ford experience is a plus.
Service Technician – qualified candidates must be able to perform full diagnostics, troubleshooting and execute repairs on a wide variety of vehicles. Must possess the ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information and use various types of mechanical repair software. Thoroughly examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Communicate with the Service Advisor throughout repairs to confirm timely repair completion and/or notification of additional necessary repairs. Understands and adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all required safety standards. Candidate must have own tools. Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance required.
Quick Lube Technician - qualified candidates must have experience inspecting and lubricating vehicles in a quick, yet thorough manner. Continuous communication with the Service Advisor and/or Service Manager is a must. Must possess the ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information and use various types of mechanical repair software. Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance is desired. Understands and adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all required safety standards. Candidate must have own tools. Prior experience as a technician helper or apprentice is preferred.
Title clerk - qualified candidates must possess 5 or more years of experience within the automotive industry or a related field i.e. auto auction, DMV. The title clerk ensures the accurate and efficient processing of all vehicle titles. The title clerk must keep apprised of all current federal and state laws regarding vehicle title processing. Professional communication skills required to interface with customers and regulatory agencies throughout the title process to answer questions and/or resolve title concerns. ADP, MS Excel and Word computer software experience required. Knowledge of automotive accounting preferred.
Cashier/Receptionist - qualified candidates must have cash handling experience within the automotive industry. Candidates must be able to multitask, be detail orientated and possess excellent customer service, communication skills, computer skills, and telephone skills. Experience with appointment setting and follow-up is desired. Applicants must be dependable, have a great attitude and willing to work flexible hours during the week and weekends. ADP experience is a plus.
